Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise that could require you to cancel your registration and we make every effort to accommodate your needs. If you need to cancel your registration, you must do so two weeks prior to the conference start date in order to receive a refund, minus a $25 processing fee due to commitments to the facility, materials, and accounting charges. If you cancel after October 15, you will forfeit your entire registration fee. Someone may substitute for you at any time.
